NySkov is a sole trader business specialising in the design and creation of free-standing wooden furniture and other wooden items. All pieces are handcrafted and sold either ready-made or made-to-order (bespoke).<\/p>\n

2. Sales Channels<\/strong><\/p>\n

We sell both online and in-person. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from NySkov, regardless of the sales channel used.<\/p>\n

3. Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bespoke Items:<\/strong> Custom designs made to order based on customer specifications.<\/li>\n
  • Ready-Made Items:<\/strong> Pre-made items available for immediate purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Ordering Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

    For Bespoke Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Initial Consultation:<\/strong> Free of charge, to discuss design ideas and functionality.<\/li>\n
    2. Estimate:<\/strong> A rough price estimate is provided based on the consultation.<\/li>\n
    3. Design Phase:<\/strong> If the customer agrees to proceed, a final quote is prepared.<\/li>\n
    4. Acceptance & Payment:<\/strong> Once the quote is accepted, a non-refundable payment is required to cover materials.<\/li>\n
    5. Cancellation:<\/strong> Cancellation after the design phase but before production may incur a \u00a350 cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Any requested alterations during production may affect the final price depending on progress and material requirements.<\/em><\/p>\n

      5. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

      All prices are stated in GBP (\u00a3). We accept payment via:<\/p>\n

      • Bank Transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        For bespoke work, a non-refundable material deposit is required. The final balance is due on completion, before delivery or collection.<\/p>\n

        6. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • We deliver within the UK.<\/li>\n
        • Shipping is handled via a third-party courier (to be confirmed).<\/li>\n
        • Delivery is typically made within 7 days of dispatch<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Returns & Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Ready-Made Items:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Return unused items within 30 days<\/strong> of receipt.<\/li>\n
          • Items must be in original condition and packaging.<\/li>\n
          • Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned item.<\/li>\n
          • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Bespoke Items:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Care guides will be provided where necessary. Customers are responsible for following these instructions. Improper use or neglect may void any refund or liability.<\/p>\n

              • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/li>\n
              • We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control.<\/li>\n

                All designs, concepts, sketches, and final creative work produced by NySkov remain the intellectual property of NySkov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.<\/li>\n
